Our Commitment At TruFlavorWare, we stand behind the quality of our non-metallic, taste-free flatware and dining utensils. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page at truflavorware.shop with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.

Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case TruFlavorWare will cover the return shipping.
International Returns International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return.
